Thoughts and Thinking

“The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”  ~ Einstein.

We are tremendous over thinkers.

We worry ourselves silly thinking on problems.

We lay awake at night. Thinking. What will happen? Will the rain come? What to do? Will it work?

We spend very little time thinking of things that are working. What went well? What is working?

Shifting our thinking patterns and learning to reflect in a more beneficial manner can reduce stress and anxiety levels.

It’s not always easy to change focus and that inner voice can be very hard to quiet.

We may be unaware of what that inner voice is actually saying. What is actually driving our anxiety?

Stop. Listen. Challenge that voice.

Those thoughts may not be accurate, fair or rational.

Perhaps that little voice can be quieted if we stop and listen and question what he is saying?
