Priorities

“Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least.” ~ Goethe.

Breathe. Step back and decide if this battle is really worth fighting.

Are you prepared to accept this situation? Do you need to change it? Do you need to engage?

Does it really matter?

Is it likely to change, even if you pour all your energy into the attempt?

We struggle with issues that don’t really matter.

We only have so much energy.

How much energy do we spend struggling with drama that isn’t on your priority list?

How much time do you spend on things that are unlikely to change?

Is there a more productive way?

What counts?

Who matters?

Reflection at the end of each day to review where you have spent energy during the day helps us make decisions and redirect energy into productive areas of focus.DSC_0021 (1).JPG
