The Little Things

We all know the “don’t sweat the small stuff” adage.

We also recognize that little things can mean a whole lot.

We need to somehow identify which of the little things really count.

Customer service, respect, manners, family, people, integrity.  How you make people feel.

Ensuring we take care of the little things can help us achieve greater outcomes.

Take some time today and reflect. Try and think of little things that you can do that may have an impact on your business.

What doesn’t matter?  How much time do we waste on them?

Can we make changes?

It’s no longer enough for rural business to cost cut, focus on production and wait for rain. We need to get creative.  To think outside the box.

How can we improve outcomes?

Little things can have tremendous consequences.
