It is so important to take care of your own well-being, mental and physical health.

Monitor your stress levels.

Recognise when it has become too much. Draw a line.

It is okay to say no.

It’s okay to move away from toxicity, drama and negativity if you know it is impacting your life.

You do not need to keep struggling in a never ending battle that is making you unhappy.

There is a difference between a helping hand and a door mat.

Make sure you are taking care of your needs.

Don’t let it build until you burn out.

It’s not heroic.

Don’t compare your situation to others.

If someone needs a break try to recognise that. Support them.

Make decisions on what is acceptable in your life. Stick with it.

Draw a line.

Don’t just keep on keeping on until you drop.

Allow others to stand up.

Ask for help.

Take care of yourself. Because if you don’t, who will?

Say no. And don’t feel guilty about it.
