“What is truth? A difficult question; but I have solved it for myself by saying it is what the “voice within” tells you.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi.
Gandhi tells us that the truth is the voice within us.
The truth in our hearts. Not that little voice in our head.
The voice in our heads is not always truthful or kind.
He sometimes speaks of how underserving we are, how inadequate.
That voice tells us we are ugly, useless, slow, incompetent or that no one like us.
That is not the voice of truth.
Heart truth is different.
The inner critic is not truth.
Be careful. Don’t always believe what you think.
