Simplify

Simplicity.

Simplifying is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety in our lives.

Break it all down. Keep it really basic.

Ensure all the essential boxes get ticked, but don’t over complicate things.

Don’t overthink, don’t over analyse.

Make a decision and act. Review. Act again.

We can get bogged down in the details.

We can become afraid to act, given too many options we may stall, not make decisions.

Not making decisions is making a decision. Making excuses is making a decision.

Step back. Take time. Breathe. Break it down into smaller chunks.

Make a decision. Act.

Keep it simple.

Keep it moving forward.
