Content

“My crown is in my heart, not on my head; not decked with diamonds and Indian stones, not to be seen. My crown is called content: A crown it is that seldom kings enjoy.” ~ Henry VI, Part III Shakespeare.

How content are you?

Do you measure content and use that as a measure of success?

Are you content at home?

In your relationships?

At work?

How do you define success?

Is it material belongings? Income? Net worth?

Do you definition of success broad enough to include health, well-being and happiness?

Do you consider the quality of your relationships and the quality of your relaxation time?

What about your mental health?

The time you spend with your children?

What makes you content?

What would help? More family time? More time alone? Less conflict?

Where and when do you feel most content?
