Because I believe it.
Because I have seen it.

I know how draining it is when you are overwhelmed with negative thoughts and simply don’t know how you are going to get through.
When you struggle to think of anything else.
When you cannot concentrate, sleep, eat or function.
When it will not let you be.
It’s doable. Break it down into smaller periods of time.
Smaller tasks. Just do this hour.
Use connections. Get support.
Positivity is the ONLY thing that you have power over.
Our own thinking, our attitude and the way we choose to face the day are things we can control.
