“He who cannot dance claims the floor is uneven.” ~ Ancient Hindu Proverb.
We make excuses for everything. We don’t like being 100% honest with ourselves.
We say we are “too busy” or “didn’t have time”.
Someone remarked yesterday that I had not washed my car (Yes! Thanks for noticing!), I automatically answered that I had not had time.
In all honesty IF, I had REALLY WANTED to wash my car, I would have done it. I would have MADE time.
But, honestly, there were other things that were more important to me.
Spending time with my children. Helping family move house. Watching my son ride his pony. My work. Some study time in the library in town. Uni tutorials and making biscuits.
So, many other things that to ME, were more important.
We are all different. We all have different priorities.
We all make excuses. But, be sure not to make excuses for not doing the things that are really important to you.
If you really want something, make it happen, dump excuses. Put everything else down and do it.
What is it you want to do?
Where are your priorities?
