Persistence

“That which we persist in doing becomes easier – not that the nature of the task has changed but our ability to do has increased.” ~ Emerson.

We learn best by doing.

We improve with practice.

It takes dedication, determination and commitment.

Sometimes the tasks in front of us loom, huge, mountainous tasks that look impossible.

It does get easier if we persist. As we build skills, knowledge and resources.

When things feel a bit too much, or impossible, which tactics do you use to keep on task?

Do you break it down?

Use a schedule?

Write lists?

What works for you?

How do you stay committed when it all seems too much?

What keeps you motivated?
