Good or bad, habits impact our lives.
The things we repeatedly do, over and over, these habits are what determines our outcomes.
Study. Good manners. Cleaning. Getting out of bed. Exercise. Eating well. Drinking water. Going to work or school.
All these things become a pattern. That becomes our life.
The small things become big things.
