Have no doubt, that if someone you know speaks ill of others when they are not present, they do the same to you when you are not there.

For some people negative thinking habits, complaining, criticising and gossip is ingrained.  A habit, that is very hard to break.

Try making a commitment to yourself; no complaining. At all.

About anything. Try it today.

I challenge you. One full day, no complaining.
