Mountain Climbing

“It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.” ~ Sir Edmund Hillary.

Learning about and understanding ourselves is often far more difficult than climbing the mountain.

Knowing who you are, what you need and how you operate can be really challenging.

But, once we understand HOW and WHY we do things the way we do, we can be more effective.

Knowing what works for you and what doesn’t is vital.

Knowing your weaknesses as well as your strengths is essential.

Where do you do your best work?

At what time of day do you function best?

What are your strengths?

What are your weaknesses?

What would you most like to improve?
