It’s Friday, do you have some time off?
Are you ready for some time out?
This weekend a friend and I have planned a bushwalk. It gets us outside, exercising, away from pressures of work, study, family and life. It gives us a chance to chat. It gives us opportunity to be silent.
To think. It just gives us time and space.
Getting into the bush helps me reconnect, ground myself and stay in a good place.
